Welcome to BookHive, operated by Read BookHive Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation (“BookHive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your use of the website located at https://readbookhive.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

  1. Use of the Site

The Site currently provides access to a set of stories and related materials. The Site does not support user accounts, comments, uploads, or direct posting. You may browse and view the Site as-is.

  1. Story Submissions

If you choose to submit a story to BookHive, including by email, you retain full ownership and copyright to your submission.


Submitting a story does not transfer ownership, rights, or control of your work to BookHive.


When you submit a story, you grant BookHive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:


• Read and evaluate the submission; and

• Edit, format, or adapt the work.


Any edited, formatted, or adapted versions created by BookHive are considered part of your original work, and you retain full ownership and copyright over both the original and any edited or adapted versions.


YOU RETAIN FULL OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT OF YOUR WORK AT ALL TIMES. BOOKHIVE DOES NOT CLAIM ANY OWNERSHIP OVER YOUR STORY OR ANY EDITED VERSION OF IT.


BookHive will not publish, display, distribute, or otherwise make your submission (or any edited version of it) public without your explicit written permission.


If you later approve publication on the Site:


• You grant BookHive permission to display the approved version on the Site; and

• You may request removal at any time, and we will remove it promptly.

  1. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:


  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Site;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;

  • Use the Site in a manner that violates applicable law.

  1. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookHive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
